Instrument 02 · the software bill

Estimate your ServiceTitan
cost before the sales call.

ServiceTitan does not publish pricing. Put your crew size in and see an editable annual estimate built from third-party ranges you can check and override. It is not a ServiceTitan quote; your real quote beats every default here.

The lever. ServiceTitan charges per tech, so this number drives the bill.

The estimate band, not a quote: per-tech $245 to $398 and setup $5K to $50K, from the sources in the table below.

The Arkode path is priced as a project against a signed blueprint, not per tech per month, with its own software subscriptions as separate lines. No calculator compares total cost until both quotes cover the same workflows, migration, training, and support. Bring your real quote to the operations review and we will compare the included scope line by line.

The defaults, in the open

AssumptionDefault
Per-tech monthly$320, mid of the $245 to $398 third-party estimate band
One-time setup$27,500, mid of the $5K to $50K third-party estimate band
Contract minimum12 months, commonly reported by third parties

ServiceTitan's pricing page shows tiers with no dollar figures, so the defaults above are third-party estimates of the commonly reported bands, never our numbers. Every one is editable: put the quote they gave you in and the math follows. This estimate leaves out add-on modules, payment processing, and quote-specific terms, which move per deal and are not posted anywhere.

The problem is not the product. It is the meter.

ServiceTitan is real software built for large trades. But the price climbs with every tech you hire, you learn your rate only after the sales process, and the setup fee rides a separate line. A storm-season crew expansion becomes a software bill spike in the same month. You cannot plan a year around a number you are not allowed to see.

The third option is a project, not a meter.

We map your operation, sign a blueprint, and build one system connecting calls, dispatch, jobs, invoicing, and the books, priced against scope instead of headcount. Adding a crew costs you a crew, not a license tier. Bring your computed number to the review and we run both side by side.
