About Arkode

One method.
Senior people.
Our own engine.

Arkode maps how mid-market companies actually run, builds the system they run on, and staffs it with AI agents their people approve. Process consultants, AI engineers, and a delivery team that stays until your people run the system daily. Small on purpose, senior by design.

The founder

Rodrigo Yeo, founder of Arkode
Rodrigo Yeo · Founder

Rodrigo Yeo builds operating systems for companies that outgrew their spreadsheets.

Boston-based. Rodrigo founded Arkode in 2022 to do system setups the way they should have always been done: process first, signature before configuration, and nobody leaves until the team actually runs the system. He also runs the Arkode Engine, the internal agent system that drafts the firm's own work for human approval every day. We sell the pattern we live in.

Behind him: process consultants who map an operation before anyone touches software, AI engineers who build and test Odoo modules with agents in the loop, a CFO who closes the books on the same system we sell, and sales consultants who know the difference between a demo and a diagnosis.

The track record

Stated honestly, or not at all.

Arkode has built operating systems and CRMs since 2022. In the US that means home-services operators we have delivered for by name: Sierra Roofing, Roofing Supreme, Maverick Metals, Roofing Going Digital, and Prime Landscaping. Behind them sits a base of mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and service companies, 25 to 200 employees, delivered under the same method. The blueprint gate, the training, and both guarantees are the same on every engagement; they have never depended on the size of the client or the year on the calendar.

The beliefs ledger

What we refuse to flex on.

Trade tools on a workbench: hammer, square, gloves, snips, cord, printed as a one-bit dithered plate

Trade rules. We keep ours the same way.

01

Technology should scale good processes. It can't fix bad ones.

The founding conviction. It is why we map before we build, every time, no exceptions.

02

A system nobody uses is an expensive failure with a ribbon on it.

We measure success by adoption, not deployment. Every person who touches the system, using it. That is the bar.

03

Scope creep is a consultant problem, not a client problem.

We lock scope at the signed blueprint. It protects you and it protects the clock.

04

AI does the drafting. People do the judging.

Our own proposals and reports are agent-drafted and human-approved daily. We sell the pattern we live in.
